These terms apply to your use of wowchristmastrees.com, operated by WOW Christmas Trees ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them.
Business use only
The site is a B2B service for wholesale buyers such as garden centres, retailers and resellers. It is not intended for consumers.
Quotes and orders
- Sending a request through the site is free and does not commit you to buy. It does not create a contract.
- Our quote states prices, availability, delivery terms and how long it is valid. A contract is formed only when both parties confirm an order in writing (email is enough).
- Trees are natural products, and availability depends on each farm's harvest. Until an order is confirmed, quantities and prices may change.
- Payment, delivery (including Incoterms), quality claims and cancellation follow the terms set out in the quote or order confirmation. Where those conflict with these terms, the order terms prevail.
Website content
Catalogue information, photos and sizes are indicative and may differ from the final product. We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current or always available.
Texts, photos, the WOW logo and the site design belong to us or our partners. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, attempt to disrupt the site, or collect data from it by automated means.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Liability for orders is governed by the order terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts.
